Dr. Hoover is a lifetime resident of Central Florida and has practiced obstetrics and gynecology in the Orlando area since 1984. He received his medical degree from the University of South Florida College of Medicine and completed his residency training at the University of South Alabama Medical Center. Dr. Hoover served as the chair of the Florida Hospital Ob/Gyn Department from 1990 through 1992, and again from 2001 to 2003. Dr. Hoover’s professional interests include operative laparoscopy and vaginal repair surgery. Dr. Hoover is Board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
