At
38 years old, everything was going smoothly with my
pregnancy until I came in for my 39-week checkup,
when I mentioned that I didn’t feel my baby
moving quite as much. After a couple tests, my doctor
sent me to the hospital where Dr. Hill, the Loch Haven
OB/GYN on-call physician, did an ultrasound. (I thought
that going to the hospital was going to be a waste
of my time since everything was going smoothly.) He
discovered that my baby was only 12 hours from dying
and had to do an immediate c-section.

Rose:
Finally living a normal life again!
For years I suffered from severe urine leakage caused
by a fibroid that eventually grew to the size of a
six-week baby. Several of the doctors I saw couldn’t
offer to take care of both problems in one surgery.

a hysterectomy (which removed my fibroid) along with
